The item I received did not match the item offered. When I inquired and wrote that I received a sleeveless nettle tunic rather than the poncho style shown (I also ordered another poncho which was correct), the seller told me it was the same style. Even sending her a photo and showing the difference between the tunic and the other poncho her comment was what is your issue, if you don't like it send it back. Hmmm, you didn't fulfill your offering and you want me to spend more time and money to return to you. Further, I also had sent her a note asking about sizing and within that 12 hour period while in my cart I received a notice from Etsy that the price went up $10. A lot of bad behavior out there.

How do I choose my size?

Measure around your bust for tops, or around your belt line for bottoms, and compare it with the size guide in the description above. Many of our styles are relaxed, one-size or unisex fits. If you are between sizes or unsure, message us with your usual size and we will happily help you choose.

Will it shrink?

Most of our fabrics are pre-washed, so any shrinkage is small, but natural fibres can still shrink a little. To keep the fit, wash cold, skip the tumble dryer and let it air dry.

Can it be made in a different size or length?

Often, yes. Send us a message with the piece and what you need, and we will let you know what is possible.

What fabrics do you use?

Our pieces are handwoven from natural fibres, such as organic cotton, khadi, wild hemp, Himalayan nettle, raw silk and wool, and coloured with natural and low-impact dyes.

How do I care for it?

Hand wash cold, or use a gentle machine cycle with a mild detergent. Wash it separately the first few times, since natural dyes can release a little colour. Avoid bleach and the tumble dryer, and air dry in the shade. Natural fibres soften beautifully with wear.

Why might it look slightly different from the photos?

Because every item is handwoven and naturally dyed, small variations in colour, weave and texture are completely normal. They are the signature of a genuinely handmade piece, not a flaw.

Who makes your pieces?

Our pieces come from artisan families and small workshops, made in small batches. Buying from them helps support traditional crafts and the skills behind them.

How much is shipping and when will it arrive?

Shipping is a flat $15 worldwide, and free on orders over $199. We ship within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery is usually 2 to 5 business days in the US and 7 to 21 business days internationally, though customs can add a little time.

Can I return or exchange it?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with their tags for a refund, minus the original shipping, or for store credit. Return shipping is covered by the customer. Just reach out and we will help you sort it out.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

Depending on your country, customs tax or import duties may be charged when the parcel arrives. These are set by your local customs office and are paid by the recipient.
