⫸⫸ Can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes, if your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, you can follow its journey to you. Tracking will be sent automatically to your email which provided once made a purchase, just in case you did not receive it, we are here for you! Just contact us :)

 

⫸⫸ I’m missing an item from my order, what should I do?

We may have sent you 2 packages! Please check your emails (also your spam folder) to see if we informed you that you will receive more than one package. If you still have questions please contact us :)

 

⫸⫸ I have received the wrong item, what should i do?

As soon as you discover a mistake, please contact us with your order number and a description of the fault. We will figure it out together!

 

⫸⫸ Will my order be charged with customs duties and/or other fees?

In most cases, customs tax and other import duties are charged once the parcel reached its destination address. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes according to your country import and customs policy.

 

⫸⫸ How long does it take to process my order until the items are delivered? and how long does the shipping take?

Our processing time is 1-2 business days, this depends on the items ordered, we ship most of our items from the USA.

Estimated delivery time for domestic shipments: 1-4 business days.

Estimated delivery time for international shipments: 7-21 business days.

We accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your item you can contact us and send it back within 14 days of receiving the item. We will refund you (minus the shipping charges) or you can get a full store credit.
