I so wanted to like this enough to keep it. It looked cute from the front, but in the back at the lower back area there was a ton of loose fabric. Wide hips, narrow waist. One size does not properly fit all. 😥 The hemline being completely raw also bothered me, especially since it's a short dress. It would be simple enough to do a single stitch around the top of the fray. Fabric was itchy.

I bought two other garments and also returned them. not worth the price.

This is the worst service I have seen online. They lied to me 3 times to get a quick sale.
1) I did not receive the item I ordered. I received a cheaper version of the shirt, not made of silk but of a cheaper fabric.
2) I was also told that fast shipping would take 10 days, it arrived in 19 days. I bought them for an event, and missed the deadline.
3) When I communicated with them, they said they would give me a partial refund for sending the wrong item. I did not receive the partial refund.

How do I choose my size?

Measure around your bust for tops, or around your belt line for bottoms, and compare it with the size guide in the description above. Many of our styles are relaxed, one-size or unisex fits. If you are between sizes or unsure, message us with your usual size and we will happily help you choose.

Most of our fabrics are pre-washed, so any shrinkage is small, but natural fibres can still shrink a little. To keep the fit, wash cold, skip the tumble dryer and let it air dry.

Often, yes. Send us a message with the piece and what you need, and we will let you know what is possible.

What fabrics do you use?

Our pieces are handwoven from natural fibres, such as organic cotton, khadi, wild hemp, Himalayan nettle, raw silk and wool, and coloured with natural and low-impact dyes.

How do I care for it?

Why might it look slightly different from the photos?

Because every item is handwoven and naturally dyed, small variations in colour, weave and texture are completely normal. They are the signature of a genuinely handmade piece, not a flaw.

Who makes your pieces?

Our pieces come from artisan families and small workshops, made in small batches. Buying from them helps support traditional crafts and the skills behind them.

How much is shipping and when will it arrive?

Shipping is a flat $15 worldwide, and free on orders over $199. We ship within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery is usually 2 to 5 business days in the US and 7 to 21 business days internationally, though customs can add a little time.

Can I return or exchange it?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with their tags for a refund, minus the original shipping, or for store credit. Return shipping is covered by the customer. Just reach out and we will help you sort it out.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

Depending on your country, customs tax or import duties may be charged when the parcel arrives. These are set by your local customs office and are paid by the recipient.
